i have a 01 sunfire and when the fuel tank gets to or just a bit under half tank it wil not start but will start with a full tank and anything over a half tank, mostly does this when i try to start my car in the mornings (weather has no effect hot or cold) i have no clue what the problem is i already replaced the fuel pump and filter and still the problem lurks.
