What reason would there be for a 2001 Sunfire to have oil in the cylinders? The engine appears to run well otherwise.

Without more info, it's a crap shoot to diagnose. Oil can enter the combustion chamber through sever ways. How many miles on the engine? What do the spark plugs look like?
