2001 transam window sash rusted thru Gm no longer makes part

Hello fellow enthusiasts, I brought my 2001 Pontiac Transam to the dealer to fix my driver side power window which appeared to me to have come off the track. The dealer came back and told me they cannot repair the window because the window sash had rusted thru and GM no longer makes the part. Someone has to be selling this part or knows how to weld or fabricate a suitable replacement. Any help locating would be greatly appreciated. PEDDLE TO THE MEDAL! JC
