2002 montana has a no start about every 3 days. Cranks good with good spark but not fuel delivery to injectors. New fuel pump. Dealer twice could not help and no codes to help either. After about 20 minutes of rest it will start and run great. Does it cold or hot. New ICM, fuel pump and relay, new starter relay.

Did you replace the fuel filter? if not do that..if that don't help it sounds like a faulty/loose wire. try pushing in/wiggling all the wires to do with the fuel system..if it still does it you might need to check resistance in all the wires to do with the fuel system..they should all read 0 ohms from end to end..if not then it's the wire, and it needs to be fully replaced..

not sure if this would help but it is what roadrunner is talking about ,I had a 2000 montana with a intermittent no start and after 3 fuel pumps the mechanic looked else where and found a problem in the wiring harness, right before the fuelpump/tank there is/was a plastic type quick connect and that was not making good contact he opened it up and he found burned wires/contacts . The funny thing is when he would replace those fuel pumps he would move those wires around and it would work for a few weeks and then start acting up . Good luck and keep us posted.

Hi, my daughters 2001 Montana is behaveing the same way, I will look at the connector, was wondering about it and since seeing this post I feel more confident about looking there. I will try to keep up on the forum about problems and solutions.
