First off... i am not very automobile literate at all so please bare with me. Under my hood there is this thing.. looks like a nozzle that a small screw can screw into.. while my car is running i notice steam is coming out of it.. some water sprinkles too.. what is this...THING.. and what is it for?

Also.. i asked a question yesterday on here about my drivetrain belt.. one of my pulley's is not spinning.. is there some websource anyone knows of that could tell me like... which pulley is connected to what? because my ac/heater is not working.. what would cause one of the pulley's to not spin? should i just replace the pulley that is not spinning? or should i replace the tensioner, the belt, and ALL the pullies... i have a good chunk of change to work with and this is such a beautiful car. it's killing me to see it sitting in the driveway just staring at me :(

I think the little nozzle deal is a bleeder valve for the cooling system. You open that valve after you change the anti freeze so that all the air pockets have a place to escape from. After you bleed the cooling system though, that bleeder should be closed tight and nothing should come out of it. You should take the car to the shop and have them check the pulley that's not turning. It's probably not the pulley, it's probably the unit. For instance if it's the power steering pump pulley that's not turning then there's probably something wrong with the pump not the pulley. I might recommend going to your local auto parts store and picking up a repair manual for that specific car. It's a must have if you plan on doing repairs yourself. The book gives you loads of info and can help you diagnose and repair anything on the car. Well worth the 25 or 30 dollars. GOOD LUCK!!!

I believe you would be better off taking your vehicle to a shop and let them do the work that needs to be done.Because you have so most change laying around let someone who knows how to fix it do so.
