2002 sunfire no power

i have a 2002 sunfire coupe and when i put the car in acc i get no power at all, no dash lights. only way i get dash lights and the car will crank is when i run a hotwire from the fuse lable IGN to the battery using a toggle switch. already tried replacing ignition switch and all fuses are good

you are sure the fuse in the IGN position is not blown? have you checked the fusible link coming off the alternator B+ terminal?
