2002 sunfire won't start

When I first got the vehicle, it would start and if you shut it off it wouldn't start again and you would have to wait for about 10 minutes before it would start again. Now it is not starting at all. We have changed the fuel pump (twice), fuel filter, evap purge solenoid, fuel pump relay switch (twice) and still nothing. My Dad said that it is not getting gas to the engine. It turns but just will not start. Starter is also good. Engine is 2.2. Any ideas as to what it could be?

Do you have a check engine light on? Did you do a fuel pressure test? Did you determince if you are getting spark to the plugs?
