2002 WS6 needs help

I bought a 2002 collectors edition ws6 and it needs alot of attention. Here are some things that are wrong that I know of that some of you might know the fix.

1. Temp gauge is dead
2. Idle is quirky and sometimes stalls (6 speed manual)
3. Few codes, I think P03 or something like that, lean bank 1 or 2
4. Right headlight door wont open by itself but will close ok
5. Alarm remote wont work, new battery in controller.

check if the gauge reads when you ground the temperature sender wire

whens the last time it had a complete tuneup?
3. Few codes, I think P03 or something like that, lean bank 1 or 2
need the exact codes
4. Right headlight door wont open by itself but will close ok
could be stripped gears
5. Alarm remote wont work, new battery in controller.
is this a factory remote that locks and unlocks the doors and opens the trunk?

Problems

The temp gauge stated to work but the engine light came on. Coded it and it sayd p0171 and p0174, lean bank left and right. What is the common cause for this?
The alarm is a factory alarm, new battery and tried to resink it match alarms like the manual states. The remote is dead I guess.
Juswt bought it and dont know the repair schedule, doubt a tune up would fix a obdii emission code problem of my nature.

p.s. what years use the same head light motors and horns as the 2002?
