2002 ws6 procharger

just bought a 2002 trans-am ws6 and want to get a d-1sc procharger. the question i have is when i buy it what else will i NEED to keep my engine and trans safe? thanks for all the help!

wouldnt the manufacturer be the best source for what their product requires to prevent premature engine or trani failure. They would know how much boost their unit produces and whether you need water injection or ignition retard or anything else.

A tune would be the least that you need. Depending on the boost level, bigger injectors. And some form of cooling the charge if above 5lbs or so. You neet to talk to procharger or a shop that does custom tunes. An air fuel meter is nice to have also.
