i need to get a new wheel and they are pretty expensive to buy. Does anyone know of a cheap place or better way to find one?

A good place to look is your local salvage yard they can sometimes even search other facilities and find you one. We got one for my sons 1999 grand am for $60 last year. It was in great shape. Good luck.
