2003 Grand am no stereo lights

Hi guys,

I know this is a very common problem with these cars and was wondering if there is any fix for it without replacing the radio.

The radio plays fine everything seems to work, just there are no lights on the display. It has the monsoon system in it to if that helps.

go to you tube and search 'how to repair display in late model gm stereo' its usually a burnt out bulb behind the display in the radio itself.

You can solder in new bulbs.
