2003 grand am

Can I bypass an o2 sensor on a 2003 Pontiac grand am and how if possible. Not sure what it does. If you could help would appreciate it.

Which O2 sensor, if you mean the unit after the cat they make devices to plug into the connector.

There are simulators for the rear one. The front one controls the fuel management. What problems are you having?
