2003 Pontiac Aztek: The cluster that contains the dials for heat and A/C needs to be

replaced- where can I? This is a two part question...

A) Where can I buy this specific instrument panel for a reasonable price; what's it called exactly so I could search for it?

B) Is it hard to replace, anyone know of online instructions for this...?

Your help would be much appreciated. The shop wants to charge me an absurd $400 for this.

Note- the blower still works, but it's always running on the on position in level '2'.

Called heat and Ac cluster or heat/ac bezel

Cheapest place is salvage yard, best place is dealer, that way you know it will work...

400.00 is reasonable cost if it includes parts.. that part will cost 200.00 new....
Shopwork here is 100.00 per hour ....
