2003 pontiac grand am cranks but wont start..spark plugs isnt firing? help

my 2003 pontiac grand am wont start its been down for months with new parts being replaced such as a new fuel filter..fuel pump...radiator...new oil change...water pump...spark plugs..new battery...but nothing seemed to get it back running i recently got another engine for my car replaced it in hopes of my car starting but still nothing it cranks but will not start i can hear the fuel pump when i turn my key to the on position all my dash lights and radio works as well security light comes on for a few seconds then goes off starter is fine alternator is fine fuel pressure is fine the only thing that isnt firing is my spark plugs. im lost on what else to do does anyone else recommend anything or knows what the problem could be?? iv searched and searched but everything i tried was a fail thank you to anyone that can help

It's a 2.2 4L eco tech engine fuel system is fine I can hear my fuel pump when I try to start it

That doesn't mean it's actually causing fuel to make it to the injectors. You have to do a fuel pressure test.
