This is a great car but is being sold as is because the transmission needs to be repaired and since I no longer have a need for a car it's not worth it for me to fix it. We've had the car inspected by a reputable mechanic and the key issues are:
- Transmission
- Leak in one transmission line
- Leak in break lines
I've had this car for 8 years and it has held up better than I could have imagined. There is less than 90,000 miles and while the exterior has some scratches, dings and cracks the inside is well maintained and clean. I regularly had the oil changed and passed inspection across 3 states over 8 years (New York, Pennsylvania and New Jersey).
This is the perfect car for a mechanic or someone who is good with cars. The right person that can fix the transmission for a low cost will have found a gem!
