How do I replace a blower motor in a 2003 Pontiac Sunfire?

Hey I am a tech who works at a Honda dealer in ohio. and I currently own a 2002 Pontiac sunflower also. Mine is the next body style down but the interior and everything is the same. Below the passenger side dash is a round black plastic motor. There are 3 7mm bolts that come out and thats the motor. but have you tried a blower motor resistor. To tell if that is bad if your blower only works in 1 or a few speed but not on a certain speed than it is bad. try that first.
