2003 Pontiac Sunfire heater/ac fan

My 2003 Sunfire heater and a/c fan does not blow anymore. All the controls work; the fan speeds are increasing in intensity as I turn them up -- just very little air coming out of the vents. The heater and a/c are both working fine. Could it be a blocked cabin filter? Any ideas?

There is no reference to a cabin filter in the owners manual. Either the air control door is not working or something has clogged the fresh air intake.

You were right. The arm that opens the air control door had become detached. Thus, it was not operating when I adjusted the fan speeds. Thanks very much.
