2003 Sunfire driver seat belt retractor

Just got this car. Driver seat belt won’t retract. Is is hard to remove and replace? Googling my options and getting overwhelmed. Has anyone done this successfully?

Options I have found are going to a pull a part yard, or mailing the assembly away to place I found Pontiac Sunfire Seat Belt Repair After Accident - Only $65 with Lifetime Warranty!

So I am waiting to hear back from GM amid this is correct part I am looking for to solve my issue. I think I’d prefer to replace it myself w part from them.

That belt is for the backseat center position. Remove the old belt and see if you can get it to retract.
