the break light above the breaks has a thinline of lights when i break the right side does not go on is this a light or does it have a break problem. i heard them squeal for a week passenger side left wheel. no there is no noise/ A little strange

A squeal could be brake dust or the pads could be wearing down.

Sounds like you have a blown bulb in the high mount brake light.

the squeeling is a warning that the pads need to be replaced. the brake light means the fluid is getting low.
