2004 Montana rear entertainment system.

I just got a 2004 Montana and I am replacing the stereo with a aftermarket stereo with a video output. I was wondering if anyone knows how to hookup the rear monitor to my aftermarket stereo. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
