I have a 2004 Pontiac Grand Am and I am having a problem with this security feature where the fuel system shuts down and I have to put the key in the accessory position and wait for about 10 mins before the car can be restarted. I have been told that it's a problem with the ignition. I was just wondering if someone could tell me if I really do need to change out the ignition or is there a way of disabling this feature. It is really bothersome because it seems to do it at least every other time I get out in it. Thanks.
