2004 Rear Entertainment system questions

So I have mapped out the wires going to the factory radio/DVD player and rear overhead screen and am trying to connect an aftermarket DVD deck the Kenwood DDX371.

There are 2 female 24 way micropack series 100 connectors, 1 plugs into the back of the factory radio and the other plugs into the dvd player, 1 12 way female Micropack series 100 connetors that plugs into the back of the factory radio and then on the overhead screen itself there is a 24 way mini Molex and a 12 Way Mini Molex and a single row 5 way Mini molex that plug into the lcd screen.

I used the GMOS-014 which was supposed to retain the rear screen but it doesn't appear that it is going to work so my question is which wires are needing to be connected for the read LCD screen to work? I have tried just adding in the Video + and Video - from the overhead screen that runs to the back of the DVD player and connecting it to the AV out RCA jack but nothing appears on the screen. Are there any other wires coming from the overhead screen that need to be connected to ensure it turns on?

Wow, you really did ur homework. I'm sorry I can't help . You need the service manual from GM.It would be great if you got ur Kenwood from Crutchfield, they offer free tech support. Perhaps a phone call may help?

Thanks Sergeimoskov. I think I see what I need to connect. Aside from the Video '+' and '-' there should also be some sort of power wire connecting to the LCD screen and I think that would be the red/white and purple should be connected as well but I am wondering would I connect that to the Orange/Battery or Pink/Switched 12V power or some other wire.

Also your diagram of OEM 15417106 16 way doesn't match what I have connected on my own vehicle for the DVD player. But your diagrams have made me think a bit more now as to what might need to be connected to make it work.

I was wondering if anyone figured out what wires do need to be hooked up for this to work. I recently got an 04 Montana and I would like to be able to use the rear screen with my after market radio.
