2005 Montana Instrument Cluster Changed and now...

Hello all.. So today i changed out my cluster on my 05 and now my radio is "locked" and my airbag light will not turn off after flashing.. The reason i changed out the cluster was because the fuel gauge was now working right.. Would get stuck or would give wrong level of fuel.. Picked up cluster at a pick it yard.. Cant remember if it was an 02 or 03.. If anyo e cant help that would be awesome.. Thankyou

Possibly you cant reset the mileage on the used cluster but yes cluster would have to be reprogrammed by a dealer to correct most of other issues. The newer cars communicate through every electronic item almost. Some things are better done through your dealer , but If you are interested in repairing this myself , then you can take just the needle off and install to your cluster fairly easily it will reset to zero when you turn key back on. Just be careful removing the plastic lens
