2005 sunfire car stereos

would any car sterio be compatible with a 2005 sunfire stereo place thingi(sry i dont kno what its actually called), if not what type/brand or specific ones should i buy

bcuz my stereo radio work (FM/AM) but not the CD, it reads it but doesnt play it

i dont see why not but make sure it doesnt keep blowing fuses. but pioneer radios are good.

you can get any you just need a adapter but yea i would go with pioneer

just dont get a kenwood it sucks. when i bought my car the guy had one already put in it its terrible.

You need to splice the wires from the new radio to a hardness that'll plug into your stock wiring. Then an adapter for your fm radio plug. Also a dash kit which will hold up the deck and make it look nice. All the wires are color coated and the harnesses and dash kit will be like 25$ all together. You can get it all from walmart.
