I just bought a 2005 Sunfire and still have a '96 Sunfire beater that I am happily pounding more miles out of. My 2005 is in near mint shape with 38,000 Miles and I want to keep it in great shape. The Radio CD/MP3 player seems to have a number of buttons worn down to the red plastic underneath and it is damn ugly. I have found on ebay motors a number of people selling Sunfire radios that are in excellent and clean shape. They seem to imply that 2003-05 Sunfire radios are the same and will fit and that they also fit Grand Am. Can anyone tell me what stock GM radios from what years will fit? I am already aware I will have to have it coded by a GM to match my car. Anyway around that? Thanks for the help.
