2005 SV6 3.5L MAF normal reading

Can someone provide me the normal reading of MAF (g/s) while on idle and at 2500 RPM. I tried to search it from the net but cant find it for Montana 2005 SV6 3.5L.

Also where can I find a service manual for this vehicle. A link or a reputable online store would be much appreciated.
