2006 montana 3.5 p0171 and p0480

now that my van is able to reach operating temperature, and regulate fuel trims, I'm getting these two codes. The cooling fans DID work, but maybe it's only circuit two (I don't know 1 from 2 from 3 at the fans), and I've replaced the o2 sensors, cleaned the MAF sensor, and going to check for vacuum/air leaks today. any other potential sources of this code? does anyone have a diagram of the fan control circuits for diagnosis?

Bank 1 is the closest to the front of the vehicle.

Concerning the fans, start by swapping the relays marked Fan, page 5-100

All relays and fuses are good, I swapped them to make sure. Is the wiring or fans. Bank 1 is the whole engine in this tlev car, as there is no second upstream o2 sensor
