2006 torrent engine swap with 2007

Hello. I swapped the engine from an 07 torrent into my 06. I did try searching but didn't help.

The original harness is in the car except the injector and cam shaft sensor harness. So the car has original harness and get was different so 06 is on it, I tried starting the car and no spark.

Ran codes and got crank position sensor and cam position sensor. I replaced the crank sensor with an 06 sensor. Going to pick up cam sensor tomorrow.

Anyone have any ideas of any other things that may be causing no spark. All grounds have been checked and rechecked and rechecked. All connections have been checked and rechecked.

No. After swapping in The wiring and everything I would have imagined it would be the same ecm. Would I have to swap I the ecm off the 07?

The codes I'm getting are p0340 p0727 and p0335 which all relate to cam and crank sensors.

if you look up the part numbers for the ECM they do not use the same part numbers for 2006 and 2007

I did see part numbers were different but I couldn't find where pulse rate would be different.

Unless I'm wrong aren't these just pulse sensors? The three terminals are the same 12v g pulse so the pulse would just have to be within acceptable range.

I think i get it. I have to flash this ecm to this engine. Right?
