I have 2006 torrent and a few years ago I replaced the battery. It seems like since then I have had problems with the engine idle being to high. I was wondering if anyone had any input on what may be the cause? ECM?
Yes the engine light is on. I have not yet taken it to get the codes and have not done anything to it yet. Just hoping someone could give a good starting point for me.
the first three codes point to an evaporative system issue which maybe a vacuum leak causing a high idle. The last one points to a possible bad ground asssociated with the BCM.
could the first three codes be ponting to an AC problem. Last summer my wife complained that it wasnt getting as cold as it normally does. Seemed to get better or maybe she just quit complaining about it?
