Hi get a smell of fumes inside of the cab when running also I have rattling in front when I drive many even the steering shaft my exhaust system is good no leaks

The fumes are caused by a gasoline leak or a problem with the evaporative control system.
For the rattle the car should be placed on a lift to check the suspension, steering, exhaust, and lower panels/shields.

Check the motor mounts also...they could of separated internally.
