Hi all,
I see this must be a new problem because i could not find a post. I have a 2006 Pontiac Torrent. Never had a problem with any doors till today. My wife began to open the rear drivers side door from the outside the vehicle and it did not open for her. She tried to unlock it from the fob again and still nothing. She came home and i looked it over. The lock unlock solenoid seems to be working fine. The lever moves back and forth. I tried the door lever from inside and outside and it would not open. I took the round plastic plate off the inside panel of the door to see if anything is broke or disconnected, it to looks good. I tried to compare it to the passenger rear door and removed the plastic round plate and they look about the same. Not sure whats the next move. I need to open the door to get the door panel off so i can see whats going on. Anybody have a door that would not open? Your thoughts and help would be appriciated.
