2009 Torrent - Rough Idle - Knock Sensor

I have a 2009 Pontiac Torrent that idles rough when in Park or Neutral position. There is No Indication on dash of any error codes. I recently had someone put a Computer Analyzer on and thinks the rough idle is due to a Knock Sensor on the engine. I like to know if this might cause the Rough Idle before I purchase this part. I had this issue since December 2015 when I had a garage check into it and told me to take it for a good run on the highway and I did that but this is June 2016 and the problem is still there. Also, would it be possible that there is a Recall on this part? Any Help / Info would be greatly Appreciated.

I doubt the knock sensor would cause a rough idle. I would look at carbon deposits on the IAC valve or throttle body both of which can be cleaned.
