#4 cylinder valve not moving

Looked through oil fill port a saw valve is not working.
Whats the proper fix for this problem.

Have you done a compression test? If the valve really isnt moving when cranking the engine you have a broken rocker arm or pushrod.

How many miles ? And you are so lucky its on the front side.

Pull the valve cover and look for broken parts.
