If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "1995 Trans Am" isn't going to indicate to anybody that you need help. However, "Need help with my 1995 Trans Am" will. Be as descriptive as you can. Please use common sense... Does anyone know the exact dimensions for the radiator that goes in a '62 Star Chief? I got a Spectra Radiator though Auto Zone because it is the one they recommended. It was too tall and not wide enough. I emailed Spectra and they responded with "...this unit has not been tested on the Star Chief and we don’t specify it for your application. It’s the only radiator that we have for a Catalina, Bonneville and Grand Prix 1962." Any help on this would be appreciated. I can get a rough estimate with my tape measure, but the measurements for radiators are usually pretty precise.

You should take the current radiator to a radiator shop and have the core replaced and any problem with the ends tanks corrected.

Look at the aluminum and copper radiators at www.amesperf.com in their Grand Prix and Full Size catalog and call them if you have any questions about fit.

No worries, I ended up having one built right down the street from me for pretty cheap.
