63 pontiac with no heater/ac blend door movemment

I'm looking for a vacuum schematic that shows the direct routing of all the vacuum lines coming out of my firewall. I have 17 inches of vacuum coming out of intake into the heater control temperature switch, but when I press the de-ice switch the blend door does not switch to let the heat into the defroster duct. also the heater control valve is not getting any vacuum to it to provide heat to the defroster

you can find them in a copy of 1963 Shop Manual. www.amesperf.com and other vendors carry them. I have not been able to find one on the internet.
