'64 kick plates

I'm trying to locate a kick plate for the drivers side on my 1964 Cat. Does anyone know what other Pontiac Models use the same ones so I can broaden my search.

Also while searching I see a lot of cardboard ones showing up. The original would be plastic. I have the passenger side one.

Any advice on finding this part?

The catalog for Grand Prix and full size body Pontiac from www.amesperf.com seems to list them for both 2 and 4 door cars.

Tried Ames. They have the panels but don't sell a grille for it, so that isn't too helpful. The original passenger side panel I have is plastic.

Does anyone know if it wouldve had carpet over it?

Are there any other GM cars that would've used the same panels?
