67 LeMans (Originally Tyrol Blue)

My Pontiac. I bought her about a year and a half ago.. Still making modifications and adjusting things... I'll definitely update once I get her painted.. Not sure if I should go with a matte black or a matte red/maroon. Any opinions on where to go with it?

why would you paint a car a matte color? You want a dull looking car? How do you know the car was originally blue, have you checked the color code on the plate? It's just unusual to have a blue car with a red interior unless the interior was changed. The seats dont appear to be 67. Body of car looks very good. I would go with painting it red.

It's a really mismatched car at this point. I'm guessing the car was used for drag racing and then put back together. The interior was just put in there and it was painted red. I'm guessing they planned to paint the exterior of the car red also at some point. Also, the seats say "SS" on them, definitely not Pontiac seats. And the reason I want to paint the car matte is because I'm going for a cheap paint job, and I'm aiming more for a rat muscle look until I can afford to get a real interior and paint job...

[EDIT] One day I'll take updated pictures of the car.. The hood has been black for a while now, and I installed some speakers...
