70 Lemans rear end Vs El Camino rear end

Does any body know if i can swap a 1970 El Camino rear end into my 1970 Lemans?

Off hand I would say yes, a 70 LeMans and 70 Chevelle should be the same thus the same for the El Camino but to be safe a visual comparison including measuring the width of the unit is recommended.
