72 body side moulding

I removed the body side mouldings to start body work and prep. There are a few clips missing that looks like the small rivet(?) that holds the plastic clip is missing. What are the clips held to the body with? Are they screws, rivets, or what? And how do I replace?

there appear to be multiple part numbers for clips on 72 B bodies. See if this site has the one you need. Not sure what you mean by what holds them to the body, there usually is a hole and they push into the hole.

There are what appear to be stainless steel studs that have a slightly larger head. Black plastic clips actually slide onto the stud and snap in. The studs either appear to be permanently attached
