I finally got my lemans home earlier this week. Its actually a 72, not a 71. Being the Pontiac newbie I am, I couldn't tell the difference. Anyway its a 72 2 door post car, 350 2bbl, a/c, bench seat. Have not had time to play with it. Its not running. Hasn't been ran in about 2 years. It will crank though. I'm gonna have to check the battery, cables, plugs, wires, etc. All the rubber seals are dried up, so there was a few inches of water inside. I sucked it all out, ripped up the destroyed carpet and so far haven't found any bad rust or holes. The body is a different story. No really bad areas, but there are some small holes, mostly the driver's side rear and some on the inside of the hood. I also got a 400 motor with the car, but I have to go back for that. Its buried in the guy's garage. Don't know anything about it. So hopefully some time this weekend I can make some time to try and start it. I'll put some pics up as soon as I figure out how.
