76 TA bottom spoiler

Having trouble finding bottom spoiler missing from 76 TA 455 4 spd we just bought in RI. Also missing hood latch and rod. Hood held down with hood pins.
Guages also not working, but it does start and run. Shift knob missing. Car just finished a questionable 'restoral'. I think all the missing parts are at the restoral shop.
It's too far to go to that shop, so if anyone knows who sells the spoilers, it would be appreciated. thanks.
