My 77 TA has factory A/C. The system is charged and gets cold when the compressor runs. The fan is blowing, the blend door is working and the venting is all clear yet no air makes it into the car. I have proper vacuum to all components. The only settings that actually gets air into the car, cold or hot, is when the defrost vents are involved. Any ideas on what I might need to check going forward?????

this link has a basic diagram of the system, you should have the factory Chasis Service Manual for your car which has more detail. The only thing that could be causing this is related to one or more blend doors. There appears to be a vacuum diaphram on the left side and a linkage mechanism on the top of the housing.

I agree it is either a Blend Door Issue, or some type of Clog in the Duct work. I have seen Rodent Nests completely Clogging the under dash duct work on Cars.
Question, do you get good airflow out the defroster ducts? And then no Air flow for dash or floor ducts?
And if yes are you still getting some airflow out the defroster ducts when the Dash or Floor ducts are selected?
