78 Catalina with stock 301 Freeze Plug Size on the Heads

Hi
Does anyone sell the Brass Freeze Plugs as a kit for the heads? I bought a kit thinking it would have the plugs for the heads but nope I removed the right rear on the outside it looked good but it was close to failure. also should the hole be cleaned up and should there be a adhesive Permatex Red, Blue, Green etc. around the new cap prior to driving it in? and what are the two sizes I keep running into.
