79 formula firebird instrument cluster lights

Just bought 1979 w72 Forumula to restore. Just noticed gage lights are red like 10th Anniversary T/A. I thought the TATA was the only 2nd gen car with red gage lighting. Can anyone comment? Can this be changed without replacing the gages? Thanks

If you look at the parts vendors they do not carry more than 1 type of gauge for birds 70 through 79. The gauges use a white bulb with a red tinted lens.
