'88 Firebird Formula needs....?

I'm about to buy a firebird from my friend to have as a project car, the main problems are that it needs fixed first:

A) The speedo doesn't read right.

B) Has a coolant leak.

C) Needs a new windsheild.

D) fan won't come on (but he rigged it with a switch so that it can be turned on manually)

E) And theres some issue with the tranny mount.

I was wondering if anyone can give me a basic idea of what it would cost to fix these.

You are looking at at least 3 to 5 grand NEW
You will have to change the tranny the raidator the window and the speedo and fan

depends on weather you buy the parts from a wreckers. for thew speedo you'll either need a new instrument panel or you can do what i did and spend $400 on a monster taco. alot i know but looks awsome. the coolant leak stop stuff at the auto shops is about $20-$30, windscreen your looking at a couple of hundred (200-300) for a second hand one installed. don't worry about the fan, as long as it has that manual switch. i had the same sort of thing in my panel van. Tranny mount, no idea. I know i'm a chick but i know my cars. and anything i don't , hubby does.
