92 firebird electrical/security/computer problem?

My 92 firebird doesn't start anymore and I already replaced starter. I try to put down the window and the car beeps. I think the problem is from replacing the starter. Even when I try to start the car it doesn't turn over and I think its more than just the anti-theft system (VATTs).

i think that your connections at the starter motor could be at fault you see all the lives for your car come from the large lead at the motor the solenoid is made from a bakelite material and can easily be overtightened causing a number of problems , the earth side of things need to be checked out a simple check is too use a jump lead from the neg side of the battery onto the engine block . get your battery drop tested , and look and wiggle all the large type wires round the ignition switch if the car is auto by pass the inhibitor switch { beware keep your foot firmly on the brake when carrying this out}
