92 pontiac firebird 305 want run.Have fuel,spark,what could it be?

Car ran sunday. Wednesday started up went dead.Changed timeing chain distributor cap and button . autozone tested distributor module(good),Changed spark plugs, Getting fuel,sprayed starting fluid in throttle body still no go.Getting spark. please help
Battery good alternator good.

my guess would be a misinstalled timing chain set, if off a tooth or 180* it will turn over all day but not start ...
did it run after you changed the chain set?
