93 Pontiac grand am noise when driving slow?

I just got this car, its a 93 with 121000 miles on it. The ABS light came on. Yesterday it started making noise when I turned left and it was hard to turn. This morning going to school it did it the whole time but not when I was going fast( like starting at 50mph). What could this be? Is it dangerous to drive? I don't have any money until next month so I would like to know if I can drive it.

Better not take a chance...it could be a bad wheel bearing or CV joint or steering rack...have it checked out by a good, trusted local shop to see what the problem is and how much to fix it...you can also have a few other garages check it out and see what they recommend to compare.
