Okay so, I bought this car about 3 months ago and i've been dealing with issues ever since. First off I had to replace the thermostat and get not one, but two coolant flushes. Now i'm just dealing with what I hope is one simple issue, the RPM's keep rapidly fluctuating from 400 RPM's to 1500 RPM's and I'm not touching anything. I notice it does it more when i'm at a complete stop and when I have it in park. It has Stalled out a few times when I put it into gear after starting it but thats the only time it does that. Also, when its reving up the battery gadge and the oil gadge fluctuate as well. I'm hoping its just the idle sensor but theres no way for me to get a test done to see because if the car is older than a 95 then atleast Auto Zone can't check it. Does anyone have an idea whats going on with my car?
