94 3100 with no injector pulse

I have a '94 Grand Am se with the 3100 engine. It won't start. It ran just fine until the problem started. It has spark and pressure at the fuel rail. When I turn it over I can't hear any clicking from the injectors. Any ideas as to what would shut off the injectors?

How did you determine you have fuel pressure, did you use a gauge?

I haven't used a gauge but there is plenty of fuel coming out the test port when i turn the key on. The cylinders stay bone dry as well.

Is your security light on? You determined the cylinders are dry because you removed the spark plugs and they are dry?

Have you checked the injector fuses?
